Optimise Your VSH Website Listing

We’ve been busy working ‘behind the scenes’ on the VSH website for some time now, to improve the readability and discoverability of the site. We’re pleased to say that the improvements are making a difference and we now have around 60,000 visitors to our website each year – and that’s growing about 15% each year!

If you want to improve your own listing even more, our membership secretary Dave Wright has produced some notes to guide you:

A Good Season for the Shropshire Hills Shuttle Bus

Visit Shropshire Hills is proud to sponsor the Shropshire Hills Shuttle Busservice, provided by the Shropshire Hills National Landscape.

The reviews from this season’s service have been excellent. Here’s an extract from the Shropshire Hills National Landscape newsletter, summarising this year’s successes:

“We’ve had a great season with passenger numbers and income exceeding last year’s excellent service. A new digitised ticket machine has given us data about how passengers are using the service, which will help to identify where any efficiencies or changes can be made for next year.”

Visit Shropshire Hills will be sponsoring the Shuttle Bus again in 2026.
