The Cliffe at Dinham is set in its own grounds, with ample parking, set amongst open countryside yet within walking distance of the town, river and castle.

The historic town with its proud Norman castle and large parish church has many fine examples of Tudor, Georgian and Victorian architecture. It has a market several days a week and many small, interesting shops. The Cliffe Hotel is conveniently placed ten minutes walk from the castle and shops, in a quiet location across the River Teme amongst fields and woodland.

The Cliffe makes an ideal base from which to explore the rich variety of country and historical sites in the area. These include Offa’s Dyke to the west and the Clee Hills and Wenlock edge to the east. To the north are Stokesay Castle, Long Mynd and Caer Caradoc while to the south is the Black and White Village Trail in Herefordshire. Further afield are the county Shrewsbury, the cathedral cities of Worcester and Hereford, the Severn Valley Railway and World Heritage Site of Ironbridge.
