Contemporary and stylish, The School House B&B offers you a choice of three spacious and cosy rooms in rural Shropshire. All three rooms have views of the beautiful, quiet, Shropshire Hills.

The beds, which are either super-king or king size are made up with luxurious Egyptian cotton linens. All the rooms have ensuite bathrooms with have powerful walk-in showers, fluffy white towels and bathrobes. One room has a deep double ended bath as well.

In your room you will also find a sofa and television together with a tea-tray containing a selection of teas, coffees, and a homemade lemon drizzle cake. Fresh milk and local water will be in the silent fridge where you can store other drinks. Wine glasses are provided.

Your delicious breakfast will contain lots of homemade items and lovely local produce. If you let us know about any special dietary requirements we can usually look after those.

An electric car charger is available for guest use.

We are a dog friendly B&B and allow dogs to stay in our ground floor room. This room has its own private entrance.

Medieval Ludlow and some of Shropshire’s quirky market towns such as Clun, Bishop’s Castle and Church Stretton are very accessible from Chapel Lawn.

The School House is an ideal place to discover the quiet footpaths of the Shropshire Hills. We have plenty of local country walks and have a map room full of walking routes including areas such as The Long Mynd. Our ‘Walks From The Door’ leaflet is popular with guests.
