Markets
The Town Hall has played host to markets and sales for many years. Every 3rd Saturday of the month is the Farmers’ Market and normally every 1st Saturday is the Flea. Our specialist Saturday sales bring people from far and wide.
The Farmer’s Market 9am – 1pm usually on the third Saturday of the month has stalls including home reared meat, cakes, handmade soap, chopping boards, fruit and vegetables.
The Flea Market 10am – 4pm has many stalls, sometimes spreading to the upstairs council chamber, selling a wide variety of antiques, collectables and bric-a-brac.  It is usually held on the first Saturday of the month.
Music/Entertainment
Bishop’s Castle is well known for its musical talent. There are regular opportunities to listen to live music throughout the town all year long. The Town Hall offers a complementary venue to the pubs and local theatre. The acoustics are fantastic and you’ll have a great night out at this special and unique historic venue in the centre of town.
