Large Groups
Groups of up to 18 can enjoy a meal together around The Manor House’s huge oak dining table, or for groups of up to 28, take advantage of Toad Hall’s enormous dining/ sitting room.
Book The Manor House, Toad Hall, or any combination of our holiday cottages and celebrate in style! For big groups, the whole site can be booked, sleeping up to 56 in total.
Events Venue
We have a large and stylish Events Venue which comprises The Banqueting Room and The Heywood Room and can seat up to 120 for a dinner. It is fully accessible, including facilities, and has high-speed, secure & complimentary Wi-Fi.

Accommodation
The Manor House – sleeps 14 in 7 ensuite bedrooms
Eaton’s Manor House dates from the 1600s and has almost an acre of private walled gardens running down to the Eaton Brook. There is one luxurious Queen Anne mahogany four-poster bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a further 6 bedrooms that can be either doubles or twins, each with an ensuite shower room. The enormous oak dining table seats up to 18 people.
Toad Hall – sleeps 14 in 6 ensuite bedrooms – suitable for reduced mobility
Toad Hall is an outstanding craftsman-built property, set in its own courtyard, with private patio and large enclosed gardens. Toad Hall has 6 ensuite bedrooms and an enormous family living room. It is ideal for large groups, events, and celebrations, seating up to 28.
Pendennis – sleeps 10 in 6 bedrooms – suitable for part-time wheelchair users
This luxury 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom modern single-storey property stands in almost an acre of private gardens with spectacular views. Special features are the two wheelchair-accessible bedrooms that can be set up with a superking bed or twin beds and have their own accessible ensuite wet rooms.
Curlew Cottage – sleeps 8 in 4 ensuite bedrooms – suitable for reduced mobility
This fantastic single-storey cottage has four double/twin bedrooms, all ensuite. It has been renovated by master craftsmen using traditional techniques, and is set in a large enclosed private garden.
Garden Cottage – sleeps 3 in 2 ensuite bedrooms – suitable for reduced mobility
This is a delightful country cottage, also having been renovated by master craftsmen using traditional techniques. It has a beautiful, large, and private garden and a secluded and very picturesque courtyard.
Great Western Lodge – sleeps 3 in 2 bedrooms
A delightful two-bedroom apartment sleeping up to 3 people, with its own enclosed patio area, providing the perfect Shropshire getaway.
Woodpecker Way & Pheasant Walk – each sleeps 2 in 1 bedroom
Woodpecker Way & Pheasant Walk are delightful semi-detached one-bedroom properties. They each have a stylish interior, well-equipped kitchen, and simply stunning views, and provide a perfect getaway in a beautiful countryside setting.

From the junction of the A5/A49 (S) Shrewsbury take the A49 south towards Ludlow.
In Church Stretton at the traffic lights turn right on to the B4371 signposted to Much Wenlock.
After about 1 1/2 miles you will reach the village of Hope Bowdler. Turn right at the bottom of the hill, after the layby, and head for Ticklerton.
In Ticklerton turn right and then 1st left and follow the road to it’s conclusion.
Finish at Eaton Manor on the right opposite the church.
