We believe every meal time should be memorable, exquisitely indulgent and leave you wanting to re-live it time and time again. Dine in our elegant restaurant, Plume@Feathers, where you can enjoy Head Chef’s imaginative dinner menus with strong emphasis on local produce served with style in beautiful surroundings. Our chefs use locally sourced produce and have a good understanding of the seasons, meaning you only get the best quality ingredients. We do use a number of ingredients that are classed as allergens, however our teams are highly trained to work with these to make sure you are safe in the knowing when you dine with us.
Here at the Feathers, unique culinary experiences are served up every day in our restaurant in Ludlow. Taste the magic as Chef and his talented brigade cook up a treat behind the scenes, serving delicious dishes from our seasonal menus with wines to match. Our food celebrates who we are. Serving up a twist of imaginative genius taking the very best flavours of our British roots and infusing them with the culinary skill of French cuisine. You will experience spectacular starters, marvellous mains and decadent desserts, lovingly prepared.
Our dining room is waiter service and can serve 60 guests in any one sitting. So sit back, relax, take in the décor, enjoy the personable service and be treated with some mouth-watering dishes that could tempt even the most discerning palette.

Tea Room
The new Feathers Tea Room has a wonderful relaxing atmosphere providing a contemporary update on the quintessential British tradition of afternoon tea with delicious home-made treats. The Tea Room is open from 9.00 am until 5.00 pm daily, including Sundays and bank holidays. On milder days, tea can be taken outside in our courtyard garden which is a real suntrap.
Surrounded by heaps of 17th century history in our newly refurbished tea room, our Afternoon Tea features a whole host of locally sourced produce guaranteed to make your mouth water! Enjoy the elegant setting and warm welcome from the team while you indulge in our tempting menu.
Our chefs bake our scones and delicious cakes and savouries daily and all dishes are freshly made to order. Choose from our light-as-a-feather plain, fruit or cheese scones, which we are fast becoming famous for. Plain and fruit scones are served with clotted cream and preserves, whilst the cheese scone is served with cream cheese. Children’s menu options include our own Feathers Sundaes and Mini Afternoon Tea.
Treat yourself to a traditional Feathers Afternoon Tea, which is served on a tiered stand just for you, with a selection of delicious savoury petite sandwiches, your choice of our homemade scones with clotted cream and preserves followed by a delicious array of petite cakes, all served with a pot of tea from our selection of 11 blends, including our very own Feathers blend, or coffee if you prefer.
For those who like a savoury treat, we have our unique Feathers Gentlemen’s Tea with our own home-made savoury treats: Mini Pork and Black Pudding Pie, Sage and Apple Sausage Roll, Quail’s Scotch Egg and Wild Mushroom and Goat’s Cheese Mille-Feuille, all served with a selection of petite savoury sandwiches, your choice of homemade scone and served with tea or coffee.
