The bootroom has an archway of 95cm wide and a low step of 1cm leading into the open plan kitchen/diner. (Immediately to the right are the rising stairs to the mezzanine bedroom). Diagonally to the right is a doorway of 67cm wide leading to a shower room and WC of 46cm high. To the left is a door of 83cm wide and a 3cm step down into the sitting room with French doors of 128cm wide and a 6cm step to the outside. Opposite end of sitting room is a doorway of 82cm wide accessing the other shower room.
