The sitting room, dining kitchen, 2 shower rooms are on the ground floor; a flight of 12 stairs leads to the mezzanine bedroom.

AccessibilityThe entrance doorway is 80cm wide, opens outwards and has step up of 7cm high. The bootroom has an archway of 95cm wide and a low step of 1cm leading into the open plan kitchen/diner. (Immediately to the right are the rising stairs to the mezzanine bedroom). Diagonally to the right is a doorway of 67cm wide leading to a shower room and WC of 46cm high. To the left is a door of 83cm wide and a 3cm step down into the sitting room with French doors of 128cm wide and a 6cm step to the outside. Opposite end of sitting room is a doorway of 82cm wide accessing the other shower room.
